What’s Included

You’ll have access to a structured online programme with bite-sized, practical videos, designed to fit around your day-to-day work. Alongside this, you’ll work through real-life case studies and practical exercises, helping you apply what you’re learning directly to your organisation.


At the core of the programme is the 6-Step Culture Change Model. You’ll work through Collaborative Commitment, Cultural Compass, Continuous Feedback, Creative Concepts, Coordinated Execution, and Constant Assessment, applying each step in a way that works for you.


To support this, you’ll have six one-hour virtual sessions, one after each module. These sessions give you the space to reflect, focus, and turn learning into a clear, practical plan you can actually follow.
